The building is 3500 sqft, heated and cooled, and has two bathrooms/dressing rooms. The main area allows seating for 98 people with tables and chairs, and includes two credenzas and two 4ft folding tables. There are three large picture windows for plenty of natural lighting, beautiful rustic stained concrete floors, shiplap walls, and the original wooden support beams.
The multi-purpose room includes a farmhouse sink, refrigerator, microwave, and plenty of plug-ins for multiple small kitchen appliances to be set up. It can also be used as a staging room with seating, mirrors, and a dressing area.
There is concrete porch in the back and a covered concrete sitting area in the front. Both porch areas have outdoor furniture. Two glass folding patio doors open up to a 9.5 x 6 ft wide area that accesses the large fenced rear yard.
The Community Place sits on a private 3.4 acre parcel of land. Additional parking (not included in the 3.4 acres) is available. A load/unload driveway is located on the side of the building that is large enough for a trailer, a catering truck, or bounce house delivery.
The Community Place is wheelchair accessible and has no steps or drop-downs.
