The building is 3,500 square feet, fully heated and cooled, with two bathroom and dressing rooms. The main area seats up to 98 guests at nine 72-inch round tables with chairs, and also includes two credenzas, two 72″ x 30″ folding tables, and four 72″ x 18″ folding tables. Three large picture windows fill the space with natural light, complemented by rustic-stained concrete floors, shiplap walls, and the original wooden support beams. Two glass folding patio doors open onto a 9.5 x 6 foot area that leads to the very large fenced rear yard.
A multi-purpose room offers a farm sink, refrigerator, microwave, and ample outlets for setting up multiple small kitchen appliances. The same room converts to a staging area with seating, mirrors, and a dressing space.
Outside, a concrete porch sits at the back of the building and a covered concrete seating area at the front, both furnished with outdoor furniture. The property occupies a private 3.4 acres, with additional parking available beyond that acreage. A load and unload drive along the side of the building accommodates a trailer, catering truck, or bounce house delivery. The building has no steps or drop-downs, making it wheelchair accessible and ADA compliant.
